Is archery interesting and something to get into?

For a while Ive been thinking about Archery, the whole bow and arrow thing so I looked at some videos about it and it looks like fun, I thought I might want to try it, not professionaly tho like in championships and contest, just for the fun of it, but I wanna kno is it as fun as I think it is, can anyone help me out with this?

Yes its pretty fun. I liked it in skool. Except you kinda have to look out for when the Bow’s string hits your arm. It kinda hurts. But thats why they make thoes things that go right there. its fun.
