Are there any rules for practicing target archery in a park, in the Sydney area?

If so, can anyone give me details or a link in which I can find the answer as I wish to practice at a longer range? So far in my backyard, I only have a range of 10m from the target board.
I live in a suburb very close to Hurstville, so if anyone can help,
Thanks in advanced.
Can you explain why this is so? "if anyone sees you doing that you’ll go to goal."
Also, the arrows have no chance of going through the fence because the fence is reinforced with another layer, which isn’t part of my neighbours’ land, it is connected to my house.
The fence I have is surrounding my backyard on all sides, twice my height and made of steel, not to mention the extra layer I have previously made a note of.

You shoot your bow in your back yard in Hurtsville? Mate if anyone sees you doing that you’ll go to goal. If an arrow went through the fence you could be in some deep shit. Try going to a gun shop and asking the counter staff about any local archery clubs in the SYD area. There is a big shop in Bankstown on Canterbury Rd which sells archery stuff
There’s a archery field in Sydney Olympic Park. Check it out on their website.
Arrows have a funny way of finding its way out of a fenced in area. Recently here in California a man was shooting in his backyard missed his target and his arrow found its way into a police officers leg. Long story short the swat team broke down the guy’s door.
