Any arrows will work with a bow like that, but I would recommend something lightweight. There is not kinetic energy in the bow you are referring to so a good inexpensive carbon arrow would be a good choice. Carbon arrows don’t bend or dent and are great for archery around the back yard or "general purpose" shooting. Have a look below at my source section for a link to a good supply of these types of carbon arrows I am referring to. You can get very good carbon arrows these days for not too much money. They are well worth it in the long run because you won’t be replacing them as fast as aluminum or fiberglass arrows.

@arcangel6 I have never used a tension release but I thought that type of release stopped punching. How is she punching it, i mean is there? anywhere you can see he doing it as Im not sure what Im looking for.

its not the bow ,Dave is a true pro….Dave the g5 aint cuttin it ,you were? the master with hoyt…i dont shoot hoyt but the g5 aint doing the job.Dave if ever looking for a new sponsor give high country a try.

@alcosher there is nothing wrong with punching, look at Dietmar Trillus or Pat Coghlan.? you just need to be able to punch *right*.

I like the brands diamond and bear but I think they are more for hunting I tried a diamond I think it was that is a 30. To 60 draw and was an amazing bow I hope to get it for deer hunting some day

I didn’t know paralympic are allowed to compete toe to toe with able bodied athletes. Doesn’t her stool give her an? added stability advantage?
